Yeast Mixture
3 TBSP Active Yeast
1 TBSP Sugar
1 Cup Warm Water
Measure into a 2 cup measuring cup. When mixture bubbles up to the top of the cup it is ready.
In mixer bowl…
9 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
Yeast Mixture
3 Cups Warm Water
1/2 Cup Oil
Mix with dough hook. Knead on 2 for two minutes. Then flip unmixed chunks with the main ball. Knead on 2 for one more minute. Put in a very large greased bowl (wiping it down with the dough ball). Cover with towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Turn it out punch down and separate into chunks.
Line containers with parchment paper and grease with butter. Let rise 1 hour.
Coat with melted butter or egg wash and back at 375 for 25 minutes.
1/4 = Bread Loaf
1/8 = Bagette
1/4 = makes 12 dinner rolls (maybe?)
