Focaccia Bread

150 grams all purpose flour
150 grams cake and pastry flour
4 grams of salt
270 grams hot water
4 grams sugar
5 grams yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp olive oil
salt and rosemary to taste

Whist water, salt and sugar in mixing bowl
Add the 3 tbsp of oil and whisk briefly
Add other half of flour mixture whisk 1 minute
Transfer to glass bowl and microwave on high for 35 seconds
Put paper in oven safe and microwave safe container
Transfer dough onto paper
Microwave on 30% power for 50 seconds
Let rise in warm spot (30 degrees Celsius) for 30 minutes
Poke holes with oiled gloved fingers (from the 1.5 tbsp)
Pour rest of oil over it.
Top with salt and rosemary.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes
