Japanese Dips and Sauces – 2

Wafu (salad dressing)

30 grams onion (test onion powder and dried onion and crispy onion)
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar (unseasoned)
1 tbsp mirin

Throw all of this in a mini blender and blend until onion is minced. Garnish with sesame salt.

Miso Glaze

2 tbsp miso
2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
1 1/2 tsp sake
1/2 tsp mirin
