Vancouver Style Ribs

Marinade

¾ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Dijon
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
¼ cup soya sauce
½ cup white wine
(Cooking wine if no real wine available)
Pinches of salt and pepper

Dry Rub for Ribs

1 1/2 tablespoon coarse salt (kosher or sea)
1 1/2 tablespoon (packed) dark brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Marinade the ribs in this sauce overnight. Pat dry, then rub them with the dry rub. Then cook on a low (250) BBQ for 3 hours or more. At the end cook BBQ sauce of your choice on them.
